Amazing Walk-in Therapy Tub’s “Better” Level of the Premier Walk-in Bathtub Line is a step up in all areas from the “Good” level. They represent the higher quality in the fiberglass shell and the framing structure. They are very serviceable and have few problems in a residential installation if installed and maintained properly.
The shells of Amazing’s Better Premier Walk-in Tubs are most often manufactured by factories we trust. We ship quality shells to our factory and custom plumb and jet all our walk-in tubs in our factory; or, on some models, we will control this process through private label agreements with quality manufacturers to insure they are jetted and plumbed to our “Better” Premier Walk-in Tub specifications. Either way, the Amazing Walk-in Therapy Tub Better standard is assured on every walk-in tub we sell.
The Amazing Walk-in Therapy Tub Better mid-level
products boast tubular stainless steel frames, and
higher quality jets, valves, drains and plumbing. Our
engineer has rated them at 645 lbs before the frame
flexes, which means there should be a 10 year life
expectancy with daily residential use. We offer UPC,
IAPMO, ETL and other certifications on these Amazing
Walk-in Tubs.
Plumbing features are a big step up from the Good level, featuring rapid flow, multi-valve systems, and higher level ADA compliant cable operated drain systems.

With the Amazing Better level, you have options for
accessories that are important to you. Our standard at
the Better level of Premier Walk-in Bathtubs is our ADA
complaint Dual Valve plumbing system. Dual valve means a
rapid flow filler valve with Type “T” ¾” thermostatic
mixing valve plumbed under the tub. This protects all
bathers from accidental scalding forever. We combine
this with a separately plumbed ADA Type “P” shower valve
and ADA adjustable handheld shower system. This allows
each source to flow independent of the other, with
separate thermostatic protection. An ADA requirement few
other internet walk-in bathtub resellers even
understand.
We add the ADA cable operated rapid flow drain for a truly “Better” solution on all points than any other product on the market.
However, most walk-in tubs sold on the internet do not have ADA compliant options and few have legally required listing and certifications.
WARNING: Don’t be confused. This is the design is
commonly sold on the internet. Walk-in Bathtubs are the
favorite design of low-quality manufacturers and
internet re-sellers because the consumer (and many of
the re-sellers themselves) don’t understand the vast
difference between one walk-in tub and another. However,
just as with cars, appliances, clothing and everything
else we purchase, there are vast differences in quality.
We understand there are Yugos, Kias, Chryslers, Toyotas
and Bentleys when it comes to cars. Most consumers of
cars know the difference and can choose for themselves
the quality level that best suits their needs. NOT SO
WITH WALK-IN BATHTUBS! SO, beware, There are many
re-sellers of walk-in tubs selling low quality at high
prices, low quality at low prices, and everything in
between. We will help you to understand and decide for
yourself what your walk-in tub choice is.
The relative abundance of low quality products at cheap prices afford internet re-sellers make significant profits. Many never even touch or see the walk-in tubs they are selling. The tubs are off-loaded from China or Europe by the container and drop shipped from a warehouse to your door. Even if a walk-in tub is drop ship (as some of our lower priced walk-in tubs are), you must know that someone is inspecting and testing it before it is shipped to you. This is a minimum. Better, the appliances should be built to our specifications, plumbed, tested and crated in our own warehouse.
