These tubs originate mostly from the European designs imported for years into the US for many years. “Good” means that these Premier Walk-in Bathtubs represent our economy line, and we can price them to meet (or more often beat) any other low price walk-in tub you might encounter on the web. Please do not be pressured or misled into purchasing a lower quality tub from a high pressure or “trickster” internet sales person. Framing is lighter weight which means more room in the bathing well for other walk-in tubs having the same footprint. Seats are at the ADA recommended 17” height.

Our Good level of Premier Line walk-in bathtubs come pre-plumbed from the factory, have good quality European style valves (actually very nice rapid flow valves), Euro style stopper and chain drains, entry level jets that are not check valves and good quality components. The showering system is through a diverter (not ADA, but the approach with which most Americans are accustom). Doors are generally 2-piece, and they most often close with a double cam mechanism.

Access to plumbing is by way of a single panel that covers the entire front of the walk-in tub.

The light weight of the frames and unreinforced fiberglass does not permit our engineers to aggressively weight test these walk-in tubs. However, many years of experience in the market has taught us these walk-in tubs will tend to flex over time, especially with larger bathers. Two piece doors and smaller hinges mean the life expectancy is less than our Better and Best Premier Walk-in Bathtubs. However, we believe that 10+ years of residential use is realistic.
