Better: Dignity Walk-in Tub Line
Amazing’s Better level of our Dignity Walk-in Bathtubs are comparable to or better than most all other walk-in tubs being sold over the internet. These tubs originate mostly from the European designs imported for years into the US for many years. Amazing Walk-in Bathtubs offers this popular 32” wide and 60” long and full 47” deep size, or our 30” wide, 55” long and 47” deep option at our Better level of Dignity Walk-in Therapy Tubs. These walk-in tubs follow the same general quality standards, built to maintain serviceable quality. Our Better quality Dignity Walk-in Bathtub also feature a wide 19” wide inward swing door for easy access.
“Better” means that these Dignity Walk-in Bathtubs represent our mid-level cost line, and we can price them to meet (or more often beat) any other low price walk-in tub you might encounter on the web. Please do not be pressured or misled into purchasing a lower quality tub from a high pressure or “trickster” internet sales person. Framing is stainless steel, but at a lighter weight than our Best line, and the 55” long version means more room in the bathing well over other walk-in tubs having the same footprint. Seats are at the ADA recommended 17” height.

Our Better level of Dignity Line walk-in bathtubs come
with options for our high quality “partially ADA
compliant fixtures” or the fully ADA compliant package
as each tub is plumbed at our on factory, have Better
quality valves (actually very nice rapid flow valves),
ADA cable operated drain systemsd and Better quality
components. The showering system is through a diverter
(not ADA, but the approach with which most Americans are
accustom). Doors are generally 2-piece, and they most
often close with a double cam mechanism.
Access to plumbing is by way of a single panel that covers the entire front of the walk-in tub.
The strong 14 gauge stainless steel frame is made of 1½”
tubular metal and reinforced fiberglass permits our
engineers to aggressively weight test these walk-in
tubs. They rate at a respectable and serviceable 645 lbs
before the frame will flex. However, many years of
experience in the market has taught us these walk-in
tubs will tend to flex somewhat over time, especially
with larger bathers, but our integrated one piece doors
and heavier hinges mean the life expectancy is
comparable to our Best Dignity Walk-in Bathtubs.
However, we believe that 25+ years of residential use is
realistic.
